The Senior Project Manager will lead their team of Project Managers and ensure they provide unparalleled service in a profitable manner by training, developing and inspiring their team, managing resources effectively, and continuously striving for excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the security integration industry, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, and leading teams of dedicated professionals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span><br></p>\n<p>A Senior Project Manager is expected to perform any of the duties and responsibilities below, but not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership: </span>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and professional development for assigned Project Managers and their direct reports, driving high performance and career growth.</li>\n<li>Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes as needed.</li>\n<li>Establish and reinforce a team culture centered on ownership, safety, quality execution, accountability, and exceptional customer service.</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Field teams to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic priorities.</li>\n<li>Drive consistency and discipline across project management processes, documentation standards, and field execution.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Oversight:</span> \n<ul>\n<li>Oversee Project Managers’ planning, execution, and successful delivery of security integration projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.</li>\n<li>Ensure Project Managers are delivering the “Pref-Tech Experience” to our customers by ensuring quality control with field presence on project sites.</li>\n<li>Oversee and coach Project Manager performance to achieve targeted project margins, labor utilization, and change order management goals</li>\n<li>Lead Project Managers to ensure delivery of proper job closeout, documentation, training, and customer handoff</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial and Performance Management of Project Management Teams:</span> \n<ul>\n<li>Own and manage operational KPIs including:\n<ul>\n<li>Project gross margin and profitability</li>\n<li>Labor utilization, efficiency and productivity</li>\n<li>On‑time / on‑budget delivery</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Review, analyze, and drive forecast accuracy, backlog health, and labor capacity planning.</li>\n<li>Partner with Finance to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, cost tracking, and variance resolution.</li>\n<li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within project financials and take corrective action as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Relations:</span> \n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with key customers, general contractors, and internal stakeholders</li>\n<li>Support customer escalations and ensure timely resolution</li>\n<li>Partner with Sales on operational feedback, capacity planning, and improving future project quality</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk Management and Compliance:</span> \n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project, operational, financial, and contractual risks across assigned projects and portfolios.</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations.</li>\n<li>Identify, develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and project outcomes.</li>\n<li>Promote and adapt the documented PM Process &amp; Monthly Financial Cadence with training and coaching of your assigned Teams to increase efficiency &amp; effectiveness.</li>\n<li>Continuously help Pref-Tech refine and improve the way the company operates.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Executive Reporting and Communication</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and actionable reporting to senior leadership on project performance, financial health, risks, and capacity.</li>\n<li>Provide executive-level visibility into KPIs, forecasts, backlog, staffing needs, and major project challenges.</li>\n<li>Translate data into insights, highlighting trends, root causes, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.</li>\n<li>Lead or participate in executive reviews, operational cadence meetings, and financial performance discussions as required.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.</li>\n<li>At least 10 years of project management experience, with 5 of those years spent managing in the general construction and/or specialty trade contracting industries.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Project (PWA), Visio, Adobe, etc.)</li>\n<li>Obtain and maintain a security license through the Texas Department of Public Safety.</li>\n<li>Know and enforce Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and requirements.</li>\n<li>Experience in managing teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills with experience in leading and managing a team successfully with proven ability to meet deadlines and duties.</li>\n<li>Subject matter expert on installing and servicing access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems.</li>\n<li>Foundational understanding of IP networking and IP-based equipment.</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively in oral and written formats.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field</li>\n<li>PMP or similar project management certification</li>\n<li>Experience leading multi‑location or regional teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary</li>\n<li>Company Vehicle</li>\n<li>Inclusion in Operational Incentive Program, which shares excess profits as bonuses</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">401K </span><span>Safe Harbor Plan with matching dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of annual gross salary (Traditional and Roth options available)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, Dental, and other elective insurances</li>\n<li>World-class training and professional development</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Hours &amp;
