Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative – Power Systems, you’ll support sales efforts and deliver strong customer service:
Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Support outside sales representatives with quotes, orders, and follow-up
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Process orders, track status, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity
Coordinate with service, parts, and operations teams
Prepare and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
Participate in ongoing training and development
Provide a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
Qualifications
