This role involves overseeing project scheduling activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, monitoring project progress, evaluating schedule impacts, and supporting successful project delivery across multiple concurrent and interdependent projects. The Project Scheduler works closely with program management, project management, construction management, and project controls teams to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, schedule reporting, and forensic schedule analysis.\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nWhat You Will Do&nbsp;&ndash; Essential Responsibilities\\n\\n\\n\\tReview and analyze project schedule submittals from design and construction teams\\n\\tPerform independent schedule analyses to ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements\\n\\tEvaluate and review:\\n\\t\\n\\t\\tPreliminary schedules\\n\\t\\tBaseline schedules\\n\\t\\tFour-week look-ahead schedules\\n\\t\\tMonthly schedule updates\\n\\t\\tRecovery schedules\\n\\t\\tTime impact analyses and time extension requests\\n\\t\\tAs-built schedules\\n\\t\\n\\t\\n\\tCoordinate interface and sequencing activities across multiple interdependent projects\\n\\tEnsure submitted schedules comply with established project coding structures and standards\\n\\tPerform forensic schedule analyses related to delay claims, disruptions, acceleration, and recovery efforts\\n\\tAnalyze contractor delay claims and time impact analyses in accordance with industry standards and best practices\\n\\tAssist with change order evaluations and claims management efforts\\n\\tPrepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials communicating schedule findings and project impacts\\n\\tIdentify project risks, schedule interdependencies, and potential mitigation strategies\\n\\tCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and support project delivery objectives\\n\\tDevelop and implement scheduling KPI&rsquo;s and reporting metrics\\n\\tSupport planning, design, procurement, and construction phases throughout the full project lifecycle\\n\\tPromote productive collaboration and communication among project stakeholders\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nSecondary Responsibilities\\n\\n\\n\\tCompletes special projects on an as-needed basis\\n\\tMaintains professional development through continuing education, certifications, and industry involvement\\n\\tSupports continuous improvement initiatives and innovation efforts within the organization\\n\\tOther duties as assigned\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nQualifications and Requirements\\n\\n\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field required\\n\\tMinimum 10 years of scheduling experience supporting large-scale construction programs\\n\\tMinimum 5 years of experience reporting milestones, schedule interdependencies, and project controls metrics on active multi-project programs\\n\\tDirect forensic scheduling and claims analysis experience on large complex projects valued at $200M+ with durations exceeding three years\\n\\tExperience supporting multiple concurrent and interrelated projects\\n\\tStrong understanding of construction sequencing, project delivery methodologies, and contract administration\\n\\tExperience with Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Design-Build delivery methods\\n\\tDemonstrated ability to communicate technical schedule information to both technical and non-technical audiences\\n\\tStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills\\n\\tAviation or large transportation infrastructure project experience is highly preferred\\n\\tProven accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail\\n\\tAdvanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 (Version 6 or higher required)\\n\\tExperience with scheduling and claims analysis tools such as Schedule Analyzer, Claims Digger, and Microsoft Project\\n\\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam\\n\\tProfessional licensure and/or scheduling certifications are strongly preferred\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nGafcon PM-CM LLC reserves the right to periodically redefine your roles and responsibilities based on the requirements of the organization and/or your performance.&nbsp;As a condition of employment Gafcon PM-CM LLC will require proof of your legal ability to work in the United States and conduct a background check.\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nBenefits Overview\\n\\nAt Gafcon, we know that our people are our greatest asset.
