General Accountabilities: Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and manages staff in order to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established department objectives. Implements and monitors department standards, guidelines, and objectives, and maintains other administrative processes such as ordering and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of department. Responsible for morale of department through quality of supervision and training and provides training for all department personnel to ensure extraordinary guest service standards are met. Works in conjunction with Casino and Marketing. Requisition supplies and equipment. Process reservations and advance registration payments. Inspect guests’ room, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and appearance. Responds to guest concerns and provides resolutions. BRING US YOUR BEST. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; and/or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to deliver and coach a level of guest service. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Computer literate with capability in Microsoft office. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Excels both independently and as a member of a team. STAY IN THE GAME. FOLLOW US.
