Instructors are expected to bring professionalism, enthusiasm, safe practices, and their own unique strengths to their teaching, while following all guidelines as outlined in the Rec Instructor Handbook. CSC has a curriculum which must be incorporated into all lessons. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Success in this position is measured by each instructor’s ability to build their own classes, develop positive relationships with students and parents, and graduate students up to the next level.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Instructors work for the Site Manager, and teach with the support and guidance of a Coordinator who is in charge of setting the standards of instruction for the programs.
