T his position involves possible overnight travel of one to two weeks (Monday night through Thursday night) per month within the region. MUST BE COMFORTABLE DRIVING IN THE MOUNTAINS IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS. Job Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle. MUST BE COMFORTABLE DRIVING IN THE MOUNTAINS IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record Must live within 30 miles of the designated region. Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders. Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements. Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. Must be willing and able to work overtime as required. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Overnight travel may be required during peak times. Preferred work experience includes any of or a combination of the following: Facility and/or grounds maintenance Construction HVAC Cable installation Route driving Roofing #ind123
