You’ll lead activities like art, music, games, and sports while helping young people build confidence, connection, and coping skills through hands-on experiences.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer a <strong>comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities</strong>, including <strong>paid training</strong> in de-escalation techniques and substance use recovery counseling certification (MARDC).
