In addition to being able to obtain a Secret security clearance, ideal candidates will:</span><span style=\"font-size: 9px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 10px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Possess a BS degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or an equivalent degree.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 10px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Have a minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience with defense cost estimating</li><li style=\"font-size: 10px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Have experience in constructing complex cost estimates, evaluating proposals and writing Technical Advisory Reports (TARs) or equivalent cost evaluation reports.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 10px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Have experience in Cost/Benefit Analyses (CBAs), Learning Curve and Quantity Curve models, and Regression analysis. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 10px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Be skilled in the construction and use of complex Microsoft Excel cost models and databases. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 10px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Hold an active PCEA or CCEA certification</li></ul><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 9px;\">Herren Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</span></em></p></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
