A career at Koorsen includes competitive pay, a great health package, an annual bonus program, life insurance, continuous learning offerings, 401k, paid holidays, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and much more.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Salary $50- 90,000 Depending Upon Experience&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide daily operational support for the department</li><li>Supervisor and track the daily activities of the department</li><li>Review all completed technician paperwork for accuracy and process following workflow guidelines</li><li>Ensure all staff are up-to-date on safety, vendor, and required training and licensing</li><li>Management time &amp; attendance, paid time off, and payroll</li><li>Coordinate staffing to cover assignments as needed, including on-call list, if required</li><li>Develop your team and serve as a motivator and coach for each member</li><li>Provide performance feedback timely using the company-approved platform</li><li>Assist leadership with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new department staff</li><li>Open willingness to continual learning</li><li>Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values</li><li>Any other duties deemed appropriate by management</li></ul><p><u><strong>Required</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>3 - 5 years of Fire Life Safety experience&nbsp;</li><li>NICET 1&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant low-voltage electrical and mechanical experience</li><li>Leadership skills: management experience&nbsp;</li><li>Must be organized and able to exercise effective time management skills to prioritize workload</li><li>Must be able to source, understand, and interpret industry codes and standards</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel</li><li>Must be able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications</li><li>Pass drug and background screenings</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul><p><u><strong>Physical Demands</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Able to safely and effectively use general hand and power tools</li><li>Lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.; push and pull greater than 50 lbs.</li><li>Climb a ladder reaching a height of at least 12 feet and operate a man lift that may reach heights exceeding 40 feet to perform services</li><li>Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, and loud noises</li><li>Work in Confined Space environments</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. &nbsp;The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><u><strong>Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):</strong></u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within 3 days of hire.
