      "content": "<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering or a closely related discipline.</li><li>7+ years of experience in nuclear systems analysis, safety analysis, or reactor physics.</li><li>Proficiency with at least two of the following codes: TRACE, MELCOR, MCNP, VERA, SCALE, SERPENT.</li><li>Demonstrated experience performing and reviewing complex engineering calculations.</li><li>Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Department of Energy regulatory experience is preferred</li>"
