Utilizes expertise of service center staff to assist in business development, job costing and preparation of proposals.♦ Prepares sales reports, updates lead database and performs administrative support within the office.♦ Schedules installations, oversees ordering of equipment and materials for the job and provides general installation instruction.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Two years of experience providing an exceptional customer service delivery through inbound and outbound customer calls. </li>\n <li>Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads. </li>\n <li>Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems. </li>\n <li>Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.   </li>\n <li>Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation if required.
