Utilizes expertise of service center staff to assist in business development, job costing and preparation of proposals.♦ Prepares sales reports, updates lead database and performs administrative support within the office.♦ Schedules installations, oversees ordering of equipment and materials for the job and provides general installation instruction. Qualifications Two years of experience providing an exceptional customer service delivery through inbound and outbound customer calls. Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads. Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems. Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity. Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation if required.
