As one of the fastest-growing private companies in the industry, we are committed to innovation, precision, and excellence in everything we do—from preconstruction through project delivery.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Manage all on-site construction activities for water and wastewater treatment projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Coordinate and supervise field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Lead installation of mechanical piping systems, fabricated pipe, valves, pumps, and treatment process equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Conduct daily planning meetings, safety meetings, and site inspections.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, and Inspectors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Maintain project documentation including daily reports, manpower tracking, and progress updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ensure compliance with all OSHA, company, and project-specific safety requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">5+ years of Superintendent experience on water or wastewater treatment plant projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Strong experience with mechanical piping installation and fabricated pipe systems (required).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Experience managing treatment process equipment installation..</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">OSHA 30 certification preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Competitive hourly pay based on experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Overtime opportunities available</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Health benefits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Career growth opportunities within the company</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Our Company is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications for all positions equally without regard to their race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, genetic information, among other things, or any other legally protected status.</em></p>",
