This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding of new properties into Nestify’s portfolio, ensuring that each property is prepared, activated and fully aligned with Nestify’s operational and quality standards.<br><br></p>\n<p>This role is accountable for ensuring all new properties are onboarded accurately, on time and in line with Nestify operational requirements, setting the foundation for long-term performance and strong landlord relationships.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Duties and Responsibilities</span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from handover to go-live</li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for landlords during the onboarding phase</li>\n<li>Coordinate property readiness including photography, key handovers and setup tasks</li>\n<li>Support landlords with onboarding documentation and operational requirements</li>\n<li>List new properties across relevant platforms and internal systems</li>\n<li>Work closely with Sales and Account Management to align onboarding timelines and requirements</li>\n<li>Manage scheduling, inspections, onboarding checklists and issue resolution</li>\n<li>Conduct quality control checks to ensure all properties meet Nestify standards</li>\n<li>Track onboarding progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation</li>\n<li>Identify and resolve onboarding issues to minimise delays to go-live<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements and Experience<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li>\n<li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li>\n<li>High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple properties and onboarding projects concurrently</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li>\n<li>Experience in property management, hospitality or real estate is advantageous<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Days and Hours<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday</li>\n<li>09:00 to 18:00 (UAE Time)</li>\n<li>Location: Remote – Philippines</li>\n<li>Contract Type: Full-Time (Freelance)<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What Nestify Offers<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fully remote role</span> within the Philippines.</li>\n<li>Competitive salary.</li>\n<li>A company culture that values accountability, loyalty, high performance, and work-life balance.</li>\n</ul>",
