Additionally, the position requires maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to company policies, while demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.</p><p>In addition to technical duties, the supervisor oversees staff management, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
