      "content": "\n<li>Comply with the company safety, federal, state and local regulations, plus environmental requirements</li>\n<li>Performs all tasks as per recommended job methods, procedures, etc., particularly on the repair installation of production machines, bearings, seals and their alignment</li>\n<li>Maintenance of RTU filters, belts and general maintenance</li>\n<li>Carries out preventive maintenance tasks to Production &amp; common areas</li>\n<li>Diagnose complex and common faults of mechanical equipment by inspecting and using appropriate tools of preventive maintenance</li>\n<li>Through familiarity, knowledge and uses of power and hand tools and equipment in a skillful, efficient manner, maintaining them in clean operating condition. Uses hand and power tools to build buggies, carts, airlines, castors and rails</li>\n<li>Replacement of solenoids, motors, pumps and gearboxes</li>\n<li>Inspect equipment to ensure all safeguarding is in place and functional, including safety sensors, limit switches and photo-eyes</li>\n<li>Electrical knowledge to replace lamps, ballasts and familiarity with thermostats and sensors</li>\n<li>Plans and organize all aspects of work and job assignments, in an efficient and productive way</li>\n<li>Maintains work areas in clean and safe conditions, removing all waste on completion of work, or earlier if necessary</li>\n<li>Reports all defects, errors in production, and machines which may affect the workplace to the Maintenance Supervisor/Operations Manager</li>\n<li>Performs and assists in other maintenance duties as required</li>\n<li>Work closely with contractors and oversees activities as required. Provides resource support as required</li>\n<li>Completes tasks at the request of the Maintenance Manager/Operations Manager</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Maintains prompt and courteous response to production team requests within the guidelines set forth by Sunrise Poultry, Lethbridge</li>\n<li>Trade Certification in one of the following: millwright, industrial mechanic or power engineer</li>\n<li>Must Perform Overtime, Weekend work and On-Call/Support as required</li>\n<li>Shift Work as required</li>\n<li>Grade 12 education</li>\n<li>Have 1 to 3 years related experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude</li>\n<li>Experience in a Food Processing Plant is an asset</li>\n<li>Experience with Live Animals and proper care and handling asset</li>\n<li>Be success-driven and have a “can do” attitude</li>\n<li>Be able to work independently, as well as being a strong team player</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Have a good safety record and work ethic</li>\n<li>Flexible and adaptable in ever-changing environments</li>\n<li>CMMS Experience</li>\n"
