This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop a technical skillset and build a long-term career in the electromechanical repair industry.</p><p data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"548\"><strong data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"548\">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"1352\"><li data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"627\"><p data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"627\">Learn from and assist experienced winders in rewinding and assembly tasks.</p></li><li data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"723\"><p data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"723\">Support the preparation and operation of the VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) system.</p></li><li data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"801\"><p data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"801\">Learn and become proficient in the operation of the core loss tester.</p></li><li data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"854\"><p data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"854\">Prepare motors for the burnout oven process.</p></li><li data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"955\"><p data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"955\">Assist winders with collecting and organizing winding data, learning how and where it is stored.</p></li><li data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1016\"><p data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"1016\">Learn to recognize and identify winding connections.</p></li><li data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1082\"><p data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1082\">Strip and clean motors to prepare for rewinding and assembly.</p></li><li data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1162\"><p data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1162\">Set up and operate various coil winding machines safely and accurately.</p></li><li data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1233\"><p data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1233\">Assist experienced winders in using electrical test equipment.</p></li><li data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1289\"><p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1289\">Learn to perform stator iron repairs as needed.</p></li><li data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1352\"><p data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1352\">Successfully complete and pass the EASA Vo-Tech program.</p></li></ul><p data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1373\"><strong data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1373\">Qualifications:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1629\"><li data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1421\"><p data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1421\">High school diploma or equivalent required.</p></li><li data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1491\"><p data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1491\">Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical processes.</p></li><li data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1581\"><p data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1581\">Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely in an industrial environment.</p></li><li data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1629\"><p data-start=\"1584\" data-end=\"1629\">Strong attention to detail and reliability.</p></li><li data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1629\"><p data-start=\"1584\" data-end=\"1629\">Previous motor winding experience is preferred but not required.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><br></span></p></div>\n",
