    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Network Coordinator is accountable for the proper installation and maintenance of the ARH computer network equipment and peripherals.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Assures that the installation of computer and telephone equipment adheres to the vendor specification and codes, and meets the interior design layout.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Coordinates the use, maintenance, and repair of the computer network equipment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Maintains a schematic of the ARH computer network equipment to aid in the planning of future expansions and trouble shooting existing problems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Evaluates the quality of the ARH computer network equipment and maintenance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Assists in procedural training.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Maintains inventory of installed and replacement equipment, its location and record of scheduled maintenance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the operation of testing instrumentation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>                          Make recommendations for proper network monitoring, testing tools and associated software.</p>\n<p>          </p>\n<p>          Performs other duties as assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Must be available to travel as needed (estimated to be 80% of time).</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u>EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:</u></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Associate degree in Computer Science and two (2) years related experience, utilizing a real time communication system or</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Minimum of four (4) years related experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Successful completion of courses in Data Communications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>POSITION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</u></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Must possess the physical ability needed to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally; and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently; and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.  Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for medium work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:</u></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Responsible for maintaining records of equipment inventory, equipment location, maintenance activity, and network configuration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Responsible for assuring that the computer network equipment is installed and maintained according to specifications, and in the proper location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>          Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field so they may recommend new services, products and equipment.  Continue professional development by attending education programs designed for specialty            areas.</p>",
