          "text": "<p><strong>Bartender (Seasonal Casual until October 1, 2026)</strong></p><p>Passionate about everything Food &amp; Beverage and putting a smile on our guests’ faces? As Bartender, you will have the perfect opportunity to touch the hearts of our guests by making their special occasions truly unforgettable.</p><p><strong>What you will be doing: </strong></p><p>Reporting to the Director, Food &amp; Beverage, responsibilities include but are not limited to:&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Prepare beverage orders including a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products available to the guest and keep Servers informed of the availability of bar products</li><li>Ensure the bar is kept in a clean and orderly condition at all times</li><li>Utilize computer operating system for ordering food and beverages and obtaining reports necessary for remittance</li><li>Order stock, maintain inventory control, and ensure all beverages sold are accounted for</li><li>Ensure compliance with provincial liquor regulations</li><li>Sell, present and serve beverages in accordance with hotel standards</li><li>Carry out any other tasks as assigned, including running food for servers.</li><li>Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives</li><li>Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>Constant standing and walking throughout shift</li><li>Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs</li><li>Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting</li><li>Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Your experience and skills include:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum three years of experience working in food and beverage, preferably in a restaurant/bar environment</li><li>Pro Serve Certificate</li><li>Previous bartending experience Required</li><li>Hotel management diploma is an asset</li><li>Demonstrates knowledge and interest in wines, liquor and beer</li><li>Ability to consistently stand and walk through out shift</li><li>Aptitude for repetitive physical work including but not limited to: lifting heavy objects, some exceeding 100 lbs, moving heavy carts and pallets.</li></ul><p><em>Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
