You are comfortable writing requirements, managing project execution, and performing testing for the features you bring to market.&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b><u>How You Will Fulfill Your Potential</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of the PWM business goals, processes, and players, and collaborate closely with them to drive product requirements and success.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Support and develop product strategy and roadmap with our team, clients, and partners.</li>\n <li>Drive the execution of the product roadmap by writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering development.</li>\n <li>Partner with colleagues in Engineering, Design, Operations, and Program Management to deliver user-centric features.</li>\n <li>Solicit stakeholder input and coordinate amongst multiple groups to inform requirements, including Business, Legal, and Compliance.</li>\n <li>Leverage analytics and data to inform the product roadmap.</li>\n <li>Parse larger product feature projects into smaller components while understanding dependencies.</li>\n <li>Translate complex problem statements into clear and actionable next steps for impacted groups.</li>\n <li>Monitor competitive best practices and analyze end-user feedback – identifying and developing solutions when necessary.</li>\n <li>Engage with partner vendors to ensure they address product needs.</li>\n <li>Participate in ideation activities, product feasibility assessments, business case preparation, and overall product definition (feature lists and prioritization).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b><u>Qualifications</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree required.</li>\n <li>2-6 years of work experience in product management and/or the financial services sector (preferably in Wealth Management).</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;with the ability to lead calls and trainings, and adjust content according to the respective audience.</li>\n <li>Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize differing requirements.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail; strong logical and analytical thinker.</li>\n <li>High degree of personal accountability and teamwork, going above and beyond to ensure that products are delivered on time and of quality.</li>\n <li>Aptitude for logically breaking down complex problems and processes, documenting workflows and edge cases, and communicating solutions with clarity.</li>\n <li>Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity.</li>\n <li>Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects, identifying potential risks and issues, and proposing solutions.</li>\n <li>Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to balance quality work while meeting short deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS</p>\n<p>At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
