Learn more at www.okfoods.com . Position: Egg Haul Driver Location: Hermitage, AR Summary     Drives truck to transport eggs to and from specified destinations by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities  include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Drives truck to breeder farms. Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations. Loads and unloads truck. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Performs emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, tire chains, and spark plugs. Responsible for keeping truck and trailer clean. Turns paperwork into the office in a timely manner. Must comply with all DOT and State driver training and documentation requirements. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have a Class-A CDL Drivers License.  Must have no major driving violations and be able to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug test. 12 months verifiable CDL driving experience required. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Interpersonal Skills - Listens to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control. Oral Communication - Listens and gets clarification. Diversity - Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences. Ethics - Treats people with respect; Works with integrity and ethically. Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures. Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity. Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions ; Uses equipment and materials properly. Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment. Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate hours of service, complete log book pages and calculate and report hours worked. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have a Class-A CDL Drivers License.  Must have no major driving violations and be able to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug test. 12 months verifiable CDL driving experience required. Physical Demands  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
