          "text": "<p><strong>Position: </strong>Janitorial Site Supervisor (Commercial Office)&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Mason Ohio - near Tylersville Road and Western Row Road&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Rate of Pay</strong>: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Shift: </strong>2:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Fri&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Duties: </strong>Oversee a crew of cleaning personnel in a large office building - including:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Coordinate and supervise on site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritization</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards</li><li>Perform regular building walk-through's and inspections.&#xa0;</li><li>Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees.</li><li>Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups.</li><li>Replenish supplies</li><li>Maintain and repair equipment</li><li>Fill in for absent employees.&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports</li><li>Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members, fostering a positive work environment</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise, taking decisive actions when necessary</li></ul>",
