The Future We Build Together.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li><p>1 to 2 years or more in Manufacturing or fast paced warehouse preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently and as a member of a team</p></li>\n <li><p>Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases</p></li>\n <li><p>Skills in math, personal computers, and spread sheets</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to follow documented procedures and standards</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Important Note: </strong>Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products</p></li>\n <li><p>Serve as the primary Quality Assurance resource to department supervisor(s) for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement</p></li>\n <li><p>Execute and analyze quality-reporting measures</p></li>\n <li><p>Report to management on quality issues, trends, and losses</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in quality audits</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure product quality to meet customer, state, and federal guidelines</p></li>\n <li><p>Performs other duties as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em> </em><em>Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
