As the primary legal advisor to the Global Accounts Sales team, you will guide complex commercial transactions—including large<span style=\"font-family:&quot;Cambria Math&quot;,serif;\">‑</span>scale data center leases, MSAs, SLAs, and multi<span style=\"font-family:&quot;Cambria Math&quot;,serif;\">‑</span>jurisdictional agreements<span>—</span>while partnering closely with Hyperscale Development &amp; Leasing on major leasing initiatives across joint ventures and investment fund assets.
