May assist in orienting and training employees </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> Responsible for all aspects related to entering the medication orders for various facilities.  </p>\n<p>Ensuring that all Third-Party claims are billed properly.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities</li>\n <li>Responsible for accurate data entry of patient profiles and medications</li>\n <li>Maintaining accurate information for patients and facilities</li>\n <li>Responsible for billing and crediting each facility appropriately and accurately each month</li>\n <li>Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor</li>\n <li>May be required to travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchanges</li>\n <li>May assist in orienting and training new employees</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Attendance Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work nights and weekends as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: Hospital, Long-term Care or Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred</li>\n <li>3-6 months experience as a pharmacy technician</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required </strong>(Vermont Employees):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required </strong>(New Hampshire Employees):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered with the State of New Hampshire as a Pharmacy Technician</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required </strong>(Ohio Employees Only):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered with the State of Ohio as a Pharmacy Technician</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Skill Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication skills </li>\n <li>Outstanding customer service skills</li>\n <li>Excellent organization skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize </li>\n <li>Broad knowledge of medications and physician orders</li>\n <li>General computer and keyboarding skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$14.56 - $19.45 an hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
