    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>HealthPartners is hiring a Financial Systems Analyst Senior. This position is responsible for the financial administration of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP System for finance applications: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Projects, EPM, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany, costing and allocations. This includes reporting, training, user support, maintenance, upgrades, integrations and other systems related support. Serve as the finance contact for system related issues that impact Information Services and other areas within HealthPartners.</p>\n<p><strong><u>ACCOUNTABILITIES</u>:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Participates in systems requirements, definition, testing, training, implementation, and support.</p>\n<p>Supports business users, maintains and troubleshoots Finance Systems.</p>\n<p>Coordinates, evaluates, and performs maintenance to the Oracle Fusion modules.</p>\n<p>Maintains knowledge of finance operational processes.</p>\n<p>Develops test schedules, testing plans, run test scripts, document testing results.</p>\n<p>Writes functional specifications documents from requirements for integrations.</p>\n<p>Performs user support and coordinate with IT on issue resolution.</p>\n<p>Develops and assists with continuous process improvement, standardization of processes and support best practices.</p>\n<p>Develops financial reporting functional specifications; develop and maintain financial reports.</p>\n<p>Communicates with finance users about technology updates and changes.</p>\n<p>Works with cross functional teams on configuration decisions and process decisions.</p>\n<p>Provides training to system users.</p>\n<p>Maintains up to date documentation.</p>\n<p>Develops and updates process flow documents.</p>\n<p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u>:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</p>\n<p>5+ years of general business analysis or accounting</p>\n<p>3+ years ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience</p>\n<p>Knowledge and experience gathering requirements, functional design and working with business processes and teams.</p>\n<p>Strong customer service skills.</p>\n<p>Ability to adhere to project timelines, effectively manage various project tasks and complexities.</p>\n<p>Strong business process skills and system skills including troubleshooting issues</p>\n<p>Strong teamwork skills, including positive attitude and flexibility to support system priorities.</p>\n<p>Strong computer skills and experienced in Microsoft Office</p>\n<p>Proven communication and problem-solving skills</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</u>:</strong></p>\n<p>Health care experience</p>\n<p>Oracle Fusion Cloud (strongly preferred)</p>\n<p>Experience in Chart of Accounts design and maintenance</p>\n<p>Experience in gathering business requirement and converting those into functional specifications</p>\n<div>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>",
