The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. &nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, including drywall repair, carpentry, painting, remodeling, and other essential maintenance tasks. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and functioning optimally.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p>· Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.</p><p>· Repair and install drywall, including taping, mudding, and finishing.</p><p>· Carry out carpentry work, including framing, installation of trim, and other woodwork as needed.</p><p>· Execute remodeling projects, including renovations, flooring installation, and layout modifications.</p><p>· Paint interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes.</p><p>· Troubleshoot and repair general maintenance issues</p><p>· Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.</p><p>· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.</p><p>· Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete projects efficiently.</p><p>· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>· Perform other duties and projects as required by management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:</strong></p><p>· Knowledge of drywall, carpentry, painting, and remodeling techniques.</p><p>· Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.</p><p>· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>• Must have high school diploma or GED.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>· Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks as needed.</p><p>· Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces.</p><p>· Rare but when needed, the willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by an employee in this position.
