The Community Living Specialist 2 implements the organization&rsquo;s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Individuals with direct care, residential care, day program, and human services experience strongly encouraged to apply!&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 4 years of experience with working with adults with disabilities, living on their own in the community required.</li><li>Must be DDS Med Certified to cover CRS homes as needed throughout the week.</li><li>Ability to transport members to do community activities needed to sustain an independent lifestyle.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to use technology.</li><li>Ability to work with a team, to provide the best support for the members in the home.&nbsp;</li><li>High School/GED&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a valid driver&#39;s license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be willing to transport individuals in your own vehicle.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 105, 176);\">&ldquo;Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
