    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>At Aaron&#39;s, relationships with our customers are about FIRST names.&nbsp; Our goal is to bring our customer one step closer to ownership.&nbsp; As a Customer Account Manager, you will be integral in helping our customers achieve ownership by providing individualized attention in managing the Customer Accounts Department (responsible for the renewal payment process) and achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages.&nbsp; Additionally, Customer Account Managers help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates.&nbsp; Throughout your career as a Customer Account Manager, you will gain the necessary skills and business knowledge to grow your career at Aaron&#39;s!&nbsp; Come see why the difference is personal at Aaron&#39;s, connect with us today!</p><p><strong><u>Reporting:</u></strong></p><p>Reports directly to the General Manager</p><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;- Manage the collections process</p><p>&nbsp;- Counsel customers to gain timely lease/merchandise renewals</p><p>&nbsp;- Confirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements</p><p>&nbsp;- Contact customers who have not renewed merchandise agreements</p><p>&nbsp;- Monitor customer payment history and habits and make recommendations to support the customer to ownership</p><p>&nbsp;- Maintain customer contact over the phone and through home visits</p><p>&nbsp;- Update customer information and maintain accuracy</p><p>&nbsp;- Achieve monthly account goals</p><p>&nbsp;- Review and close lease agreements with customers</p><p>&nbsp;- Act as a key holder as necessary</p><p>&nbsp;- Facilitate returns in collaboration with General Manager</p><p>&nbsp;- Clean and certify merchandise in the cleaning station for all merchandise personally returned</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications/Requirements:</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;- High energy, competitive leader</p><p>&nbsp;- Two years of retail, restaurant, or related management experience</p><p>&nbsp;- Two years of college or military preferred</p><p>&nbsp;- Ability to relocated desired</p><p>&nbsp;- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills for daily customer contact</p><p>&nbsp;- Strong telephone manners</p><p>&nbsp;- Neatly groomed, professional appearance</p><p>&nbsp;- Valid driver&#39;s license</p><p>&nbsp;- Strong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic products</p><p>&nbsp;- Routinely lifting, loading, and &quot;dollying&quot; merchandise 50-300 pounds</p><p>&nbsp;- Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical and drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing</p><p><strong><u>We Offer:</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;- Extensive Training Programs and Excellent Potential for Upward Mobility</p><p>&nbsp;- 5 day work week with ALL Sundays off!</p><p>&nbsp;- Hourly wage + Bonus &amp; Commission opportunities</p><p>&nbsp;- Medical, Dental, Vision, &amp; Life Insurance benefits</p><p>&nbsp;- Matched 401K plan after 1 year</p><p>&nbsp;- Paid Time Off</p><p>&nbsp;- Paid Holidays</p><p>&nbsp;- Employee Purchase Discounts</p><p>&nbsp;- Referral Program</p></div>\n",
