Cultivate new and existing client relationships.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Identify innovative ways to grow your business through delivering elevated client experience in each client appointment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Drive business through key product pillars.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Convert clients through curiosity and discovery daily</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Service:</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony using the Tiffany Touch, your personal touch.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors identified within the NPS program.&nbsp;Embrace/Leverage client feedback to elevate every in-store experience to a memorable event</li>\n <li>Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance and client feedback.</li>\n <li>Connect with your client’s wardrobe to ‘style them’</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Experience</b></p>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).</li>\n <li>Proven track record in achieving Commercial results.</li>\n <li>Ability to connect with the client&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with a diverse client base.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.</li>\n <li>Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Desired:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A college/university degree.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in multiple languages.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The hiring range for this position is $20.57 - $27.83 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
