Every day, our teams harness cutting-edge AI and breakthrough technologies to collaborate with clients, driving transformative solutions that redefine industries and uplift communities worldwide.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Product Management focused on AI Strategy & Execution within our Wealth Services Platform. This role is located in New York, NY.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Own and deliver AI-powered products end-to-end: Lead the design, build, and deployment of AI-driven capabilities (e.g., copilots, intelligent workflows, agent-based automation) that directly improve advisor productivity, client experience, and operational efficiency. Translate strategy into shipped solutions: Convert AI vision into tangible products—defining requirements, prioritizing use cases, and driving execution with engineering and data teams to deliver production-grade software at scale. Drive hands-on execution across the AI portfolio: Operate as a “builder-leader,” actively guiding solution design, model/application choices, and implementation approaches—not just setting direction but ensuring high-quality delivery. Establish governance while enabling speed: Implement practical frameworks for responsible AI, model oversight, and risk management that support rapid innovation while meeting regulatory and enterprise standards. Build and evolve the AI roadmap: Develop a multi-year roadmap grounded in real delivery milestones, balancing foundational capabilities (data, APIs, platform services) with near-term releases that demonstrate measurable business impact. Partner across the ecosystem to accelerate delivery: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to integrate AI capabilities into an open, API-driven platform, accelerating time-to-market through reuse and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS in AI/Data Science, or related field) preferred. 12+ years of experience in wealth management, including deep domain expertise across advisor platforms, portfolio management, client experience, and/or brokerage operations. Proven experience leading the delivery of digital or AI-powered products within a wealth or financial services platform—not just strategy, but hands-on execution and product launch. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies (including LLMs, copilots, and agent-based systems) and how to operationalize them into scalable software solutions. Track record of driving complex, cross-functional programs from concept through production in a regulated environment. Experience building and managing product roadmaps, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and user adoption. Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams, including product managers, program leads, or AI specialists. Strong influencing skills across senior stakeholders, including technology, business, and control functions.
