    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <h1>Position Overview:</h1><p>The LightBox Data Solutions Program Manager is responsible for the definition, management, and delivery of LightBox professional service programs for LightBox data solutions customers. &nbsp;The LightBox Data Solutions Program Manager defines and delivers professional service offerings that accelerate LightBox product adoption and value through product onboarding, training, consulting, integration, and customization services.</p><h1>What you will do and achieve:</h1><ul><li>Become the subject matter expert on data solutioning capabilities.</li><li>Develop an in-depth understanding of LightBox data assets and infrastructure.</li><li>Partner with LightBox product and selling teams to define professional service programs that can be packaged and bundled with LightBox product offerings.</li><li>Partner with LightBox selling teams to deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations of LightBox offerings and service programs. &nbsp; Draft Statements of Work (SOW) that contractually define the scope of services and pricing to the customer.</li><li>Assemble and lead a team of data engineers in the delivery of LightBox professional service programs. &nbsp; Provide project management governance which includes project planning, issue management, risk management, and status.</li><li>Lead the lifecycle of a professional service program. &nbsp; From lead generation to final customer acceptance.</li></ul><h1><u>Who you are:</u></h1><h2>Education</h2><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in GIS, Geography, or similar discipline. &nbsp;</li><li>MBA is a plus.</li></ul><h2>Experience</h2><ul><li>Possess 4+ years&rsquo; experience at a B2B data company in product management, data engineering, customer success or professional services.</li><li>Possess 2+ years&rsquo; GIS related project management experience leading customer programs.</li></ul><h2>Key Knowledge &amp; Skills</h2><ul><li>Outstanding organization, communication (verbal, written, presentation), analytical and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven track record performing in dynamic environments and managing multiple, extremely varied tasks with tight deadlines.</li><li>Ability to maneuver around / over internal and external obstacles to achieve goals.</li><li>Highly valued technical experience includes GIS, data science, API integration.</li></ul><h2>Other Desirable Attributes</h2><ul><li>PMP Certification a plus</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ul><li>Flexible to travel periodically.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>This job description is a general listing of the required tasks and expectations of the position and in no way implies that the duties listed above are the employee&rsquo;s only responsibilities.
