Programs Supported: Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Public Transit, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Financial Operations &amp; Accounting A/R, A/P, payroll Oversight&nbsp;</p><p>Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Financial Planning</p><p>Grants, Contracts &amp; Funding Compliance</p><p>PACE &amp; Medicaid Financial Management</p><p>Public Transit Financial Oversight</p><p>Payroll &amp; Benefits Oversight</p><p>Audit, Compliance &amp; Internal Controls&nbsp;</p><p>Leadership, Cross‑Training &amp; Succession Development</p><p><br></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; COMPETENCIES</p><p>Required:</p><p>- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</p><p>- 3&ndash;5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience</p><p>- Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit/governmental fund accounting</p><p>- Experience with grants management and multi‑fund accounting</p><p>- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills</p><p>- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities</p><p>- High integrity and confidentiality</p><p>- Strong communication and leadership skills</p><p>- Supervisory experience</p><p>Preferred:</p><p>- Experience in human services, healthcare, PACE, or public transit</p><p>- Experience with federal and state grant compliance</p><p>- CPA, CMA, or CGFM</p></div></div>\n",
