This unique opportunity places you at the heart of a School-Based Health Center, where you’ll provide vital care to students and help shape healthier futures every day.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Principal Accountabilities:</strong></u></p><ol><li>Assist clinical support with rooming patients, electronic chart documentation, recording vital signs, follow up on provider orders, phlebotomy</li><li>Assist with preparation for treatments and procedures without medication administration</li><li>Assist in maintaining clinical supplies and cleanliness of work area</li><li>Perform CLIA lab controls and quality checks according to policy schedule</li><li>Assist with regulatory audits as requested</li><li>Schedule patient appointments according to guidelines</li><li>To engage in Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives, including participating as part of the Clinical Care Team</li><li>Any other clinical duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision</li></ol><p><br></p>",
