We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs intermediate instrumentation and controls troubleshooting, repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance to all site equipment, systems, process measurement and control, utility, laboratory, and bench-top instrumentation</li>\n <li>Performs calibrations to instrumentation and controls</li>\n <li>Follows standard procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) quality standards</li>\n <li>Provides input and recommendation for written instruction of preventive maintenance tasks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li>\n <li>Assists in the development of maintenance and calibration procedures and programs</li>\n <li>Performs loop checks for new instrumentation to ensure proper functionality</li>\n <li>Performs lock out tag out (LOTO) as required to complete I&C/Metrology activities</li>\n <li>Mentors’ entry-level technicians</li>\n <li>Adheres to all safety requirements and follow safe work practices</li>\n <li>Notifies management or Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) when unsafe conditions or hazards are found</li>\n <li>Supports site operations and emergency work orders during off-hours, as needed</li>\n <li>Performs spare parts assessments, as required</li>\n <li>Other duties, as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge & Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems</li>\n <li>Effective communication, both written and oral</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles</li>\n <li>Must be able to support 24/7 manufacturing facility, including shift, on-call, and weekends</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED</li>\n <li>2-4 years of I&C or similar experience </li>\n <li>Experience with tools and equipment used to perform maintenance work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering or a related field</li>\n <li>Prior I&C experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or other regulated environment</li>\n <li>Prior experience working in a GMP environment</li>\n <li>Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Will work in environment which may necessitate respiratory protection X No YesMay work in Mechanical/Production spaces that may require hearing protection and enrollment in a hearing conservation program.
