These positions require safe and efficient operations as well as attention to detail and exceptional quality. If you have these skills, you may be a great fit for Red Wing Shoe Company.</p><p><strong><u>Starting Pay Rates:&#xa0;</u></strong></p><p>$18.42/hour; after 3-month probationary period, increased to $19.42/hr.</p><p><strong><u>Working Hours:</u>&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Day shift, Hours are M-Th, 6:00a -4:30p, overtime on Friday if needed</li></ul><p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in a factory production line, warehouse, or physically demanding job that requires similar physical capabilities as those listed in the section below.</li><li>Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Background in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry, or similar manufacturing work.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.</li><li>Capability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours per day.</li><li>You will need to be able to perform the following activities for up to 12 hours: repetitive reaching (both forward and above shoulder level), as well as repetitive twisting, bending, and various repetitive hand and wrist motions.
