    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title:</strong> Service Advisor</p><p><strong>Reports To:</strong> Service Manager</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.&nbsp;<strong>Prior Service Advisor or automotive service industry experience is required.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Greet customers professionally as they enter the service area.</li><li>Determine repair needs by discussing vehicle performance concerns with customers and/or conducting a visual inspection of the vehicle.&nbsp;<strong>Prior experience accurately diagnosing customer concerns and documenting repair needs is required.</strong></li><li>Estimate repair costs and prepare itemized work orders, including parts and labor charges.&nbsp;<strong>Previous experience preparing repair estimates and service write-ups is required.</strong></li><li>Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Answer all incoming calls to your desk phone. If a call is missed, listen to voicemail messages and return customer calls the same day.&nbsp;<strong>Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.</strong></li><li>Communicate with customers daily through phone calls, text messaging software, and in-person interactions to provide updates regarding their vehicles.&nbsp;<strong>Previous experience managing customer communications throughout the repair process is required.</strong></li><li>May perform minor adjustments or repairs when necessary.</li><li>Ensure repair orders are written and closed in a timely manner.</li><li>Close repair orders promptly upon completion of work and notify customers immediately when their vehicles are ready for pickup.</li><li>Work cooperatively and professionally with all team members.</li><li>Ensure Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores meet or exceed company standards.</li><li>Maintain the company&#39;s established minimum standards for labor and parts gross profit.</li><li>Comply with all company policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment.</li><li>Treat customers and members of the public courteously, professionally, and without discrimination at all times.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><strong>Prior Service Advisor experience is required.</strong></li><li><strong>Automotive dealership or automotive repair facility experience is strongly preferred.</strong></li><li>Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload.</li><li>Experience preparing repair orders, estimates, and customer updates.</li><li><strong>CDK experience is a plus.</strong></li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life/AD&amp;D insurance after 90 days of employment.</p><p>Car Pros sponsors 80% of employee-only basic medical (Kaiser Permanente), dental, and vision insurance premiums.
