Overview
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
SOSi is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Total Rewards Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of our total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, and will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive the best possible rewards and benefits.
Essential Job Duties
Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and market analysis. Help design and manage employee recognition programs to promote a positive and motivating work environment. Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding total rewards inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all total rewards programs and employee participation. Work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives and projects related to total rewards. Ensure all total rewards programs comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; OR equivalent experience. Minimum two years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of compensation and benefits principles, employment laws, and industry trends. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Work Environment
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. May require periods of non-traditional hours including nights or weekends when necessary. May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs. Working at SOSi
