    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Electrical Estimator Opportunity</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A well-established and growing commercial electrical construction company is seeking a highly experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Electrical Estimator</span> to lead estimating operations, improve bid accuracy, and provide mentorship to an established estimating team. This is a confidential direct-hire opportunity with long-term leadership growth potential.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The organization has built a strong reputation for quality execution, accountability, and collaboration across field and office operations. This role will work closely with executive leadership on bid strategy, backlog planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Senior Electrical Estimator will oversee estimating efforts for large-scale commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects while providing leadership and quality control for the estimating department. This individual will play a key role in improving estimating processes, managing risk, and ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>Estimating Leadership &amp; Oversight</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and oversee the estimating team</li>\n<li>Review estimates and proposals prior to submission</li>\n<li>Provide mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback to estimators</li>\n<li>Improve estimating processes, consistency, and efficiency</li>\n<li>Partner with executive leadership on bid strategy and forecasting</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Electrical Estimating</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and lead estimates for major commercial electrical projects</li>\n<li>Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive cost proposals</li>\n<li>Ensure estimates account for labor, materials, subcontractors, scheduling, and risk</li>\n<li>Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Bid Preparation &amp; Risk Analysis</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compile complete bid packages and supporting documentation</li>\n<li>Identify scope gaps, pricing exposure, and schedule risks</li>\n<li>Recommend value engineering opportunities where appropriate</li>\n<li>Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of competitive bids</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Client &amp; Vendor Coordination</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors</li>\n<li>Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing</li>\n<li>Participate in pre-bid meetings and site walk-throughs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>Required</p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of electrical estimating experience</li>\n<li>2+ years of estimating leadership or management experience</li>\n<li>Strong commercial electrical construction background</li>\n<li>Experience with electrical takeoffs, budgeting, and blueprint interpretation</li>\n<li>Ability to identify bid risks and scope gaps</li>\n<li>Experience reviewing and overseeing proposals</li>\n<li>Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities</li>\n<li>Proficiency with electrical estimating software</li>\n<li>Accubid (Conest) experience strongly preferred</li>\n<li>Bluebeam experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred</p>\n<ul>\n<li>E1 or E2 electrical license</li>\n<li>Mission-critical or healthcare project experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n<li>401(k) program</li>\n<li>Profit-sharing opportunities</li>\n</ul>",
