The seasonal window starts June 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days. A seasonal employee must experience a 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season prior to applying again as a seasonal or a regular employee. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Schedule:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sunday - 7:00A-5:30P</li>\n <li>Monday - 7:00A-6:00P</li>\n <li>Tuesday - OFF</li>\n <li>Wednesday - 7:00A-6:00P</li>\n <li>Thursday - OFF</li>\n <li>Friday - OFF</li>\n <li>Saturday - 7:00A-4:00P</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply</li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable</li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly</li>\n <li>Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness</li>\n <li>Thank member for their business</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D.</li>\n <li>A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required; knowledge of Odyssey system a plus</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years</li>\n <li>Seasonal employees may work June 2026 up until November 2026. They must experience a 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.</li>\n</ul>",
