You will help us empower our data center clients to trust in the reliability of their mission critical systems to preserve data, protect assets, and save lives.  You’ll also lead efforts to achieve energy-efficient building solutions and help operators improve their ability to safely and effectively manage the data center.  You will work in a multi-disciplined and cross-trained team of commissioning professionals in a team-oriented atmosphere. You will multi-task projects in collaboration with others. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why We Need You:</strong></p>\n<p>In this role, you will be responsible for resolving commissioning challenges and completing tasks assigned, including developing and implementing the Level 1 – 5 commissioning process delivery set forth in Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD), plans and specifications. You will oversee and execute the quality observation and testing in the field.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>Expertise of our most successful Commissioning Agent:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience for data center or mission critical facilities.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline or equivalent; a combination of education, technical training, and relevant field experience will also be considered</li>\n <li>General understanding of building systems across all design disciplines.  A more detailed understanding of power distribution, cooling systems, and controls desired.</li>\n <li>Understanding of applicable design codes, design standards and specification requirements, and ability to interpret them.</li>\n <li>Able to work with a high degree of independence without the need for oversight or mentoring.</li>\n <li>Fundamental knowledge of commissioning process and commissioning process delivery.</li>\n <li>Ability to become proficient with software programs for business as well as could-based commissioning and construction:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Microsoft Word, Excel</li>\n  <li>CxAlloy</li>\n  <li>Autodesk BIM360, ACCBuild, and similar.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Ability to travel as required by the project 75%+</li>\n <li>Willingness to become OSHA certified.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and state required vehicle insurance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Effective skills to help you flourish:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Commissioning certification with a nationally recognized professional body.</li>\n <li>Direct positive communication with Owners, Contractors, and Engineers.
