This position will be based out of our Philadelphia, PA Office. &nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 1;\">Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 1;\">Phase II/Subsurface/Remedial Investigations including soil logging and soil, sediment, groundwater, soil vapor, and indoor/ambient air sampling.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 1;\">Remediation oversight and community air monitoring related to brownfield redevelopment.
