A clinical note will be completed for each visit made to a patients home (including a private residence, assisted living facility, group homes, or skilled nursing facility) within 48 hours of the visit.</li>\n\t<li>Participates in an annual performance review.</li>\n\t<li>Reports any changes in the patient&#39;s condition or family situation immediately by calling the Hospice office and notifying the RN.</li>\n\t<li>Practices Standard Precautions according to OSHA regulations and policy.</li>\n\t<li>Adheres to all policies and procedural guidelines.</li>\n\t<li>Attends at least twelve (12) hours of in-service education programs per year.</li>\n\t<li>Maintains current certification as required by the State.</li>\n\t<li>Maintains current knowledge and practice of infectious disease protocols.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Maintains the agency&#39;s mission, philosophy, and core values.</li>\n\t<li>Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures regarding operations/processes, including but not limited to those regarding patient care, patient complaints, incidents, safety, and emergency management.</li>\n\t<li>Always maintains patient confidentiality, including all HIPAA regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Regulatory Requirements</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Licensed or registered in the state in which currently practices</li>\n\t<li>Must pass a criminal background check &amp; MVR check.</li>\n\t<li>Completed health statements acknowledging the ability to perform the duties of the position.</li>\n\t<li>Valid state drivers license.</li>\n\t<li>Proof of current automobile insurance.</li>\n\t<li>TB testing per agency policy</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n\t<li>Graduate from an approved training and competency course.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>401(k)</li>\n\t<li>Dental insurance</li>\n\t<li>Flexible schedule</li>\n\t<li>Health insurance</li>\n\t<li>Paid time off</li>\n\t<li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n\t<li>Vision insurance</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>Work Location: In person</p>\n",
