We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want&nbsp;<strong>YOU&nbsp;</strong>to join our team!</p>\n<p><strong>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</strong>You’ll be responsible for&nbsp;the career technical instruction per approved curricula. They will provide training and basic guidance and direction to help students achieve their academic goals.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Essential functions:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.</li>\n <li>Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/ or instruction.</li>\n <li>Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.</li>\n <li>Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Substitute teaching certification/license, as required by the state of employment.</li>\n <li>Two (2) years of work-related experience in the designated career training area.</li>\n <li>Willing to obtain the OSHA 10 credential within the first 90 days of employment, if needed.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why:</strong> Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
