    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>&nbsp;<u>ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position functions at a high level in all aspects of the position including being a ‘go to’ person for other personnel within the Internet business department for technical information about website processes, deployment processes, and application performance analytics</li>\n <li>Focus on discovering application/system inefficiencies and bottlenecks and surfacing opportunities for design and performance improvements</li>\n <li>Develop and make recommendations regarding cloud infrastructure and operations – preferably Microsoft Azure - including researching, analyzing and reviewing current and future requirements</li>\n <li>Ensure system security by reviewing and implementing approved policies within the systems</li>\n <li>Enhance the functionality of systems by developing and modifying scripts or other vehicles to automate system and deployment processes</li>\n <li>Develop and make recommendations regarding code deployment and automation – preferably using Microsoft Azure Devops or GitHub Enterprise</li>\n <li>Ensures the development and maintenance all relevant documentation</li>\n <li>Provide support to application developers/programmers by providing technical knowledge and guidance</li>\n <li>Develop and deliver cross-training to selected Associates</li>\n <li>Maintain contemporary knowledge of industry trends, concepts, and techniques</li>\n <li>Oversees daily workflow and projects for team.</li>\n <li>Subject matter expert for team job functions.</li>\n <li>Fosters a learning environment and mentors team members.</li>\n <li>Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.</li>\n <li>Assists management with development of results oriented processes and project management.</li>\n <li>Initiates, establishes, and maintains highly effective relationships with business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels.</li>\n <li>Flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments.</li>\n <li>Extremely confidential and trustworthy.</li>\n <li>Regular attendance at work is an essential part of the job.</li>\n</ul>\n<br>\n<p><b><u>SKILLS &amp; CERTIFICATIONS</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%); Excel (80%)</li>\n <li>Strong skills with Microsoft Environment web app and web services – required</li>\n <li>Experience with Windows operating systems – required</li>\n <li>Experience in analyzing, understanding, designing, and implementing new products, services, and utilities in the web environment – required</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of container concepts</li>\n <li>Experience with deployment automation and orchestration</li>\n <li>On Premise and Cloud experience leveraging GitHub/Azure DevOps/PowerShell</li>\n <li>GitHub/Azure DevOps/TFS experience – desired</li>\n <li>Experience with Unix or Linux operating systems</li>\n <li>Development experience/skills – required</li>\n <li>Skills with Microsoft Environment C#/Visual Studio - preferred</li>\n <li>Experience integrating software systems</li>\n <li>Must have an excellent understanding of RDBMS and database theories</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team</li>\n <li>Aptitude to solve technical and practical problems and make recommendations to technical test members</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Monitoring and logging tools – Zabbix/Grafana/Splunk/ELK</li>\n <li>Experience with and supporting Application Performance Monitoring tools – Similar to Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and AppInternals (aka.
