Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>General maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Slot Machines and SMS equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond to any machine malfunctions on the casino floor in a timely manner </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate with Tech level II or higher any machine malfunctions they are unable to fix </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively communicate with the slot operations team and fellow technicians </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines. Provide answers, explanations and rectify problems as appropriate  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide a high level of customer service to guests and team members  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand and adhere to departmental and  company SOPs  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete required training and development objectives within assigned time frame  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Projects a positive attitude and image at all times  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate and work within a team-driven environment  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete required paperwork in a timely manner  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned   </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required; Technical or Associates Degree preferred  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 6 months’ customer facing experience    </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>PC proficiency  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical background preferred  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience within slots/VLT department is a plus  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Network troubleshooting experience is a plus  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
