    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Here are some of the great benefits that we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive wage ($23-$25/hr.)</li>\n <li>Company paid health and dental benefits</li>\n <li>Paid vacation&nbsp;and productivity bonus&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Opportunity for career stability and growth</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement program</li>\n <li>Protective personal equipment is provided, or cost of purchase is reimbursed</li>\n <li>On the job training</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform and document required safety checks on cranes, tools, and testing equipment at the beginning of each shift and throughout operations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Conduct hydrostatic testing by plugging vessel openings, filling tanks with water, pressurizing, and monitoring results.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform pneumatic testing in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Visually inspect vessels for leaks, pinholes, weld deficiencies, and other nonconforming conditions; clearly mark defects as required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Inspect fittings, brackets, and welds prior to testing.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Accurately record required test data in the traveler. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Interpret pressure gauge readings and calibration data to ensure testing accuracy.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor condition of hydrostatic and pneumatic test equipment and report maintenance or supply replenishment needs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform spray ball testing and passivation processes as required by procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Operate cranes and hoists as needed for material handling upon completion of required training.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prepare vessels for shipment, including skidding, banding, and moving per work instructions and drawings.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with stock vessel testing and shipment preparation as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform housekeeping duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pneumatic and hydrostatic testing equipment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Pressure gauges and calibration verification.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Weld inspection tools, including fillet, groove, and multi-use weld gauges.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Cranes, hoists, and related material-handling equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to understand, follow, and comply with all safety rules, procedures, and policies.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to become VT (Visual Testing) and PT (Penetrant Testing) certified.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to obtain crane certification.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to obtain confined space certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good manual dexterity, good eye/hand coordination.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus, required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Capable of wearing PPE for an entire shift, including; safety glasses, hearing protection and safety shoes.</li>\n <li>Frequent light lifting, raising objects under 15 pounds from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from one position to another.</li>\n <li>Frequent moderate lifting of objects 15 to 45 pounds.</li>\n</ul>",
