Duties include conducting behavioral health assessments and providing behavioral health treatment including individual and family psychotherapy utilizing brief treatment modalities. Serves as a consultant and resource to hospital staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders. Collaborates and coordinates with complex/chronic care management and longitudinal community support services.\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited college or university.</li>\n <li>Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to perform as part of a multi-disciplinary team.</li>\n <li>Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.</li>\n <li><p>Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. </p><p> </p></li>\n <li><p>Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $74,256.00 - USD $104,499.20 /Yr.",
