The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.</p><p>The Production Associate I is integral to our company’s product manufacturing process. This role is committed to executing all production-related tasks with precision and adherence to established protocols. By practicing safe work habits and following standard methodologies, the Production Associate I ensures that our production operations are both effective and secure.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Carry out tasks as directed by the department supervisor or team lead.</p></li><li><p>Engage in the assembly process, utilizing techniques such as sewing, cutting, clipping, and hooking to transform raw materials into sub-assemblies or final product.</p></li><li><p>Affix labels and tags to products and their packaging appropriately.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Prepare finished goods for shipping by packing them effectively.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor production progress on schedule boards.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Report any equipment or material discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Organize finished products on the assigned pallet.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Uphold cleanliness and safety in the workplace.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform general labor duties across various departments.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist with hemming and the relocation of finished materials to trucks, utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Operate comfortably in a manufacturing environment without temperature control.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
