    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><u>OVERVIEW&nbsp;</u></p><p>Responsible for leading projects, designing, installing, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems, managing teams, and ensuring all work complies with safety codes and regulations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</u></p><ul><li>Design advanced electrical layouts for complex systems. This includes interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project scope and requirements.</li><li>Makes timely decisions with respect to materials acquisitions, repairs, machinery operations and assigning work to cause the least amount of impact to production.</li><li>Tracks and assigns emergency, scheduled and preventive maintenance work orders.</li><li>Supervising and mentoring apprentices and journeyman electricians.
