This role owns how work is scoped, organized, and assigned, ensuring the right people with the right capabilities are positioned to deliver high‑quality technical outputs.</p><p>This role provides direct leadership to Supervisors and their teams, balancing workload, addressing capacity and capability gaps, and supporting performance through coaching and mentoring. The Manager, Detail Design ensures teams clearly understand scope, priorities, and expectations, and works closely with internal stakeholders and the customer to manage scope clarification and change as required.</p><p>Quality delivery is achieved through strong people leadership supported by well‑defined processes. The role is accountable for embedding appropriate quality practices, ensuring standards are applied consistently, and that outputs are reviewed and accepted against defined requirements.
